Btw, is 3x during a certain period of the day, or all throughout the 8 days it's going on?

It's only on during the times you are offline. Which is technically true given your current situation. The event times are on up until the end of the event.

3X AP Event has been extended until Midnight on Saturday, March 2nd! If you haven't stocked up on enough AP, now's your chance!

If you rebirth this Saturday, make a push for as many levels as you can get in 12 hours.
